Paris International Translation Services: Rates for spoken interpretations

For missions outside Paris, travel, board and lodging expenses are borne by the client. These may be estimated and included in the initial bill, as a lump sum, or be paid on the basis of receipts. Alternatively the client can make the necessary arrangements.</P> <P>Terms: 1/3 of the total sum to reserve, 1/3 at least one month before the conference, and the remainder after the service.</P> <P>Accepted forms of payment:</P> <P>By credit card, <BR>by wire transfer, please ask and we will send you our bank acount information <BR>By check drawn on a French bank, issued to Paris International. Please fax us a copy of your check. <BR>Through your hotel bill. <BR>Cancellation: Advance payments are not refundable in case of cancellation. If Paris International is forced to cancel for any reason, the client will be refunded in full.</P> </BODY>
