Between Paris International and ________________________
I the undersigned, Mr. H. Singh, Director of Paris International Translation Services, hereby undertake to respect the following conditions of confidentiality concerning all documents that may be supplied to my by ________________________ for the purposes of translation.
- To keep strictly confidential all information that may be communicated to me verbally or in written or any other form for purposes of translation by our client ________________________. I undertake to take all precautions necessary to prevent knowledge of this information from reaching any unauthorized third parties. It is clearly understood that authorized persons implies only those persons who have a valid reason to refer to these documents for the mission which we are entrusted and who have each signed a similar contract of confidentiality with Paris International.
- I undertake not to use any information provided for any other purpose than to provide the translations required by the client.
- I undertake not to keep any copies, summaries or transcripts of the confidential documents provided, in any form, and to return all such documents to our client ________________________ at the end of the mission.
- The present agreement is valid for two years from the date of signature of this document.
It is understood that the following are not covered by this undertaking:
- Information which was known to us before the date of this document.
- Information which was or has come into the public domain without any action on our part
- Information received from a third party not held by any obligation of confidentiality.
This agreement is subject to French Law. Any dispute will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Tribunals of Paris.
